Common questions.

What’s free, and when do I need an account?

Commander previews are free without an account. A free account includes one full deck build, a lifetime card upload allowance, and two saved decks. Pro adds more builds, unlimited collection imports and saves, photo scanning, and deeper deck tools.

How do I import my collection?

Paste one card per line with its quantity, such as 1 Sol Ring, or upload a CSV with a name column. ManaBox exports work too. Collections of 250 or more cards give the builder more options.

Do I need to own every card?

Every nonbasic card comes from your imported collection. Basic lands are filled in automatically, so set those basics aside when you assemble your deck.

How does the power bracket work?

Choose a target bracket before building. The builder uses that target and the cards you own to shape your deck. Review the resulting list and discuss power expectations with your playgroup.

Can I change the deck or cancel Pro?

Review a card’s role and choose an owned replacement. Pro adds Optimize and deeper analysis. You can cancel Pro anytime; access continues through your paid billing period.

Is this affiliated with Wizards of the Coast?

No. BuiltFromBulk is an independent fan tool. Magic: The Gathering and its card names and art belong to Wizards of the Coast. Card data comes from Scryfall.
